Amanda-Marie’s passion for customer service developed with her first job as a receptionist at the age of fourteen. She loved the challenge of finding an answer for a client, no matter how small. This satisfaction lead her to work in multiple retail locations, often being scouted from one company to another. She would often exceed sales goals and had excellent Mystery shopper scores to go along with it. While she doesn’t agree that the customer is always right, she believes the customer is always the customer so you must do whatever it takes to make them happy and sometimes all it takes is a friendly smile and listening ear.
